OPENING JUNE 2025

We ask all of our clients to pay a deposit to secure their booking - which they’ll get back as a voucher if they cancel within the free cancellation period. However, if they cancel after that point, they won’t get the deposit back.

When making a booking, we may ask for a £50 deposit.

This amount is refundable, but only in the form of a gift voucher, that can be used for 12 months from the date it has been issued. 

We require 48 hours notice to be able to refund the deposit or reschedule your appointment. Should you fail to notify us or no show your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

Deposits can be paid in person at our studio or via bank transfer or over the phone.
